HOW TO REPORT A MAINTENANCE REQUEST OR ISSUE:
Student/Visitor- Report to Main Office in applicable building
Faculty/Staff- Report to Main Office in applicable building
Resident- Report to the front desk of applicable residence hall or residence hall coordinator
In case of emergency please call911. For all other urgent issues please contact the Physical Plant at812-888-4227.

Forms may be delivered in person to the Physical Plant, emailed toPPLANT@VINU.EDU.
Visitors should call the Campus Police at812-888-5555to request reserved buildings or rooms to be unlocked. Keys or Access cards are not
be issued to Campus Visitors.
Provides Architectural Planning, Design and Construction Services for the University's
physical facilities to meet the needs of the students, faculty and staff.
